Returns

Due to the energetic nature of our products and hygiene reasons (especially for items like smudge tools and jewellery), all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns for change of mind.

Exchanges & Store Credit
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at dabbleinthedivine@gmail.com. We’ll happily offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please include a photo of the damage or incorrect item.

Non-returnable items:

Digital downloads and printable products
Used or opened items
Custom or intuitive bundles

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
