Inner Healing Sanctuary

A gentle online meditation space for women moving through cancer treatment

Inner Healing Sanctuary was born from my own journey through breast cancer. A path that included 16 rounds of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, and 15 rounds of radiation.

Meditation became my anchor.

I truly feel I wouldn’t have navigated this chapter of my life in the same way without it. Meditation supported me in keeping my mind calm and positive, helped me feel more grounded in my body, and offered a sense of peace during moments that felt uncertain or overwhelming.

This sanctuary is not a support group and not a space to discuss individual diagnoses. It is a peaceful container where women come together simply to rest, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Through guided meditation, we gently support the nervous system, soften the body, and create space for emotional wellbeing. Meditation is a beautiful way to connect with your higher self, cultivate inner peace, and remember the quiet wisdom that already lives within you.

These sessions are about slowing down, feeling held, and allowing yourself a moment of stillness in the midst of treatment. Cameras are optional. Sharing is optional. Your presence is enough.

If you feel drawn to this space, trust that quiet nudge.

Inner Healing Sanctuary is here to support you in softening inward and reconnecting with your inner strength and wisdom; one gentle breath at a time.

I would be honoured to hold this space with you.

  • A guided meditation focused on calm, grounding, and inner connection

  • A soft closing to help you integrate before returning to your day

Preparing for your session

You don’t need anything special. Just a quiet space where you can feel comfortable and undisturbed.

If it feels supportive, you’re welcome to:

  • Have a glass of water nearby

  • Light a beautiful candle

  • Cleanse your space with Sage or Palo Santo

  • Bring a blanket, cushion, or anything that helps you feel cosy

  • Sit or lie down in whatever position feels best for your body

These little rituals aren’t required; they’re simply invitations to help you arrive more fully and create a sense of sacred space for yourself.
