To say I was relaxed, inspired and felt completely at peace is not enough. Attending the Golden Circle Thread meditation group was magnificent. The small group of women who were kind and compassionate and hopefully over time becoming friends were welcoming and warm. Hosts Stephanie and Rita were calm and soothing, evoking the magic within us to come forward and be relaxed into a journey for the soul. Having the guided meditation was a delight. It flowed smoothly and Stephs delivery was gentle and comforting. Light Language from Rita was my first experience with Light Codes and Language, and what an amazing feeling the combination of these holistic modalities had me feeling so cradled and secure. I had the best sleep that night and several nights following thanks to this experience. I still days later feel at ease and with peace. I will be returning to more Golden Thread Circle meditation nights. The results are amazing and during the experience itself is just effortless and enjoyable. If you crave connection, peace and support of a woman’s community then the Golden Thread Circle is for you. Trust yourself, you will get so much out of it.
